We work hard to make our admin and processes run as smooth and helpfully as possible so we can spend more time doing the work that we love!

We have a fantastic secure clinical system that offers email and text message appointment reminders so you don't run the risk of forgetting your appointment slot!

We take confidentiality really seriously.  We upload our session notes onto the system within 24 hours and you have the option to have your notes sent to you via secure direct messaging that only you can read.  This can be handy for reminding yourself of what you and your therapist discussed last time and can make your sessions even more effective!

We can send symptom questionnaires and other forms via secure direct messaging links and these upload straight to your file where we can review them right away, meaning that valuable time isn't spent in your session completing paperwork
